Wealden DFAS has 276 who meet at 2.15pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month except July and August. There is free car parking at
the Community Centre and Wealden DFAS has a waiting list to join.
The Society has a Church Recorder Group, a Young Arts Group
but not a Heritage Volunteers Group.
THE BIG DRAW
The Big draw is a national event aimed at engaging the public in drawing, encouraging drawing as a tool for learning
and as as a form of individual expression and communication.
In October Sussex Area NADFAS and Wealden DFAS Young Arts Group sponsored
an event held at All Saints and St Richards Church of England Primary School, Old Heathfield, which has 120 pupils, this was open
to anyone from within the community. It was organised by the Govenors of the school on a Saturday, was extremely well attended
and was great fun for all concerned.
